There isn’t enough time to explain how thankful I am for this entire office. I moved to Texas 2.5 years ago in the middle of my dog having cancer and I was blessed with a new coworker recommending me Dr.Neely. I will never be able to thank her enough.nnMy dog is the most nervous dog and it makes me a nervous dog mom at times and not one person has ever made me feel bad about it and instead have gone out of their way to make each visit as comfortable both for me and her. They all take their time and really talk to me while soothing her and getting all the work done. At times where we have had emergency situations the doctor has helped in any way he could and gone above the call of duty.nnHe is not an alarmist, but always has my pup’s best interest at heart. He tells you things like they are, offers good explanations and presents options when needed. I would pay anything for my baby, but I don’t ever feel taken advantage of or like they are trying to add to the bill for the sake of money. If anything I feel like they over deliver for their prices.nnThis will be my go to vet for as long as I live anywhere even remotely close and I will always recommend them knowing confidently that they are the best.
My wife and I have taken our dogs Susy Q and Callie to be groomed at CityVet for two years. They are wonderful, professional and our dogs always come home beautifully groomed!!! We take our dogs to another vet for medical care because we began with them first. CityVet Groomers work very well with our vet whenever time comes for shot documentation and records exchange. We are SO impressed with CityVet that if we didn’t already have a wonderful vet established, we would have no hesitation in using them for medical services as well! Special mention to Courtney and Shayla for their excellence in grooming!!! We look forward to using them for many years!!
I’ve been coming over here because they are so professional. All the staff is awesome. They really love their jobs and animals can feel it.nThis is the only place where my special fifteen years old chihuahua feels comfortable. We love City Vet - Mid Cities. Our pups never seem scared to go, the staff from the front office to the groomers and vet staff are very friendly. And they are very affordable. Love them!
We had an awful experience at a vet nearby and saw the reviews here and gave it a try. Our sweet golden has been going here for a year now and we would not trust anyone else. They listen to concerns, are trustworthy, and truly have a love for animals. The best of the best!
