They were so compassionate to me and my pet. They also recognized her symptoms and realized it was not as bad as we first thought. I’m so thankful for their knowledge, honesty and help saving me money as they could have charged me a lot but they didn’t do that at all. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my Ellie girl and me ( I was a wreck)!!
The staff is so friendly and they really care about getting your pet exactly what they need in a timely manner. Their communication about everything was also super awesome. I would highly recommend this emergency clinic for anyone and their animals.
If I could leave a 0/5 review I would. I do NOT recommend coming here. My dog cut her paw pad and they charged me almost $900 for some SUTURES. A week later I was told she could have her cone removed but to monitor her because her wound wasn’t fully healed. I was told to call back if her sutures opened and I did. They did nothing to help. They said I’d have to pay the full amount again for treatment and recommended that I go to a vet the next morning for a “ cheaper “ price. This place is a joke and do not care about your furry baby. DO NOT COME HERE.
Simply Amazing! At about 10:30pm my jack russell started getting horribly puffy on his lips and eyes. I rushed over to this location and they immediately took him in, treated him for an allergic reaction and waited for his swelling to subside. They were courteous, professional, available, and fast! Money is not even a problem when you need emergency medical help for your furry children and they were MORE than fair. All of this also happened when a snow storm was moving in so I am eternally grateful for them!
Took my baby here today for the first time. They were so friendly, fast and professional. Explained every process to me and offered lots of advice. Will definitely be bringing my babies here again.
