Quality Care for a good value. Safety protocols during pandemic worked out great. It’s nice to know that our pets are receiving kind care especially when you are unable to go in the office with them. Our rescued senior cat will have regular visits going forward and our rescued dog will need some help with dental. I look forward to future care and will update my review with each visit!

Recently, one of our cats became lethargic, would not eat, and began vomiting green bile everywhere around the house. I had to call several times to even get a hold of them. This has been a constant issue for a long time, and leaving messages doesn't help as they will never call back. This time when I called several times to get a hold of them, when someone actually answered, the phone was removed from the hook, and set down on the counter. I could hear their conversations. They were sitting around talking about social media, and showing each other pictures about their personal lives of what they had done that week. Seeking immediate help, I was shouting "hello" on the phone, and I was continually ignored. I hung up after five minutes of this and called again. This exact thing has also happened to my mother in law, but she overheard a disrespectful conversation between one of the receptionists and a client. No answer on my next attempt. I called two more times. No answers. The third time they finally picked up and sounded incredibly annoyed. They took my information about our emergency and said they couldn't get him in for a couple of days. We ended up not going to them because it was an emergency that needed addressing within the next day, and our cat would have died otherwise. My wife has gone to this clinic for almost two decades, and we have decided not to return because these issues have consistently gotten worse since the pandemic hit. They have lost care for their clients. We are incredibly disappointed in how this clinic has changed. We don't feel cared for anymore. Dr. Flynt was the only thing keeping us there. She is amazing and deserves to be in a better clinic than this one. We haven't been able to even see her for so long, because we can't get an appointment for weeks out. We have had to settle with other doctors just to be seen in a more timely manner. The lower prices aren't worth how we've been treated for the past nine months. We will be seeking out other vets. Incredibly disappointing after so many loyal years, and very unprofessional. I hope this place can turn that around.

Professional and courteous. 2020-09-04 edit. I had to expand on the review I gave. It wasn't enough. It almost sounded like I thought they did their job and weren't rude. Its far more than that. This clinic and staff go above and beyond. DO NOT HESITATE to bring your non-human loved ones to this clinic. You won't regret it.

Awesome people there. They get you in and out and make sure that in these times you and your pets are safe. They also don't overcharge for simple things like shots.

Excellent service and prices. They are trustworthy and carefully explain pet health issues, treatment options, cost and risk vs benefit of treatment choices. Friendly customer service. Usually, short wait times. Sammy says, "Hi"!
