Banfield Pet Hospital

They took care of my pets need when my vet wanted me to pay for more than just what she needed.

I am absolutely livid with Banfield Pet Hospital. I have a wellness plan that I've been paying 33 dollars for every month. I initially loved Banfield but when it has come down to really needing to utilize my wellness plan, they have screwed up royally. I've suspected my cat has a UTI and so I took him in this morning to get a UA. They had me leave him there and then right as soon as I got home, they called me telling me that I needed to come get him and they will not do a UA on him today. They told me that he was very aggressive and he was working up the other cats in the quiet room. I go get him and ask why can't I just be with him in getting his UA done? He would be much more calm and cooperative if I was with him and they said I couldn't because if anything happened, they'd be liable and that it would be in everyone's best interest if they did the UA when he was under anesthesia for a dental cleaning he has at the end of the month. If I wanted to do the UA at home myself, I would still need to pay for the entire thing. They also said that 90 percent of their cats brought in behave like this. Which made me think "okay so you're calling 90% of your customers who bring their cats in with denial of treatment and to come pick them up?" You would think if that were the case, they'd have better protocol for these issues. They did not seem to know how to handle my cat when he is just like any other cat. He's even declawed. I'm paying money every month to this service to this "hospital" and have to pay for additional treatments needed and they can't even collect a urine sample from an angry and anxious cat? I will be canceling my wellness plan and will take my business elsewhere.

Great veterinarian clinic the doctor was amazing the staff was very sweet they gave me all the information they called and checked up they followed through you couldn't ask for a better place to go to take care of your loving family member.

I love this location! They always treat my girls with so much love and care. Even my though my Ellie is really aggressive, which I always feel really bad about. They always do their best to try to give her a full check up. I love all of the vets and staff that work here. I can call them up anytime I have any concerns for my kitties and they always do their best to get me in the soonest time possible. Thank you for all you do for our fluffy loved ones!

The staff is always so sweet to my pups. I won't go anywhere else. I trust them 100%
