I found Brookside last year, and have loved it. Getting all the puppy shots and nurturing was great. We didn’t wait at any appointments. Today was my first experience calling to have my dog seen for an injury. I called this morning and they gave me an appointment for 3pm. I was happy it was same day. Then when I pulled up, the parking lot was full. Due to covid,we wait in cars. I thought it would take a long time. It was still only 30min from when I pulled up, I was leaving. I don’t usually write reviews, but today I observed the staff handing out water bottle to people in the cars. I think these workers deserve credit for working so hard for us. Everyone is really nice too.
I called around to ten different vets trying to get my puppy in today. Brookside Animal Clinic was very nice and helpful. I love the safety they have with the covid right now. I was able to stay in my car they came and got her and brought her back. Very nice doctor that spent a lot of time talking explaining things about my dogs care. Great service! We will continue to come back.
E Brimley was SO helpful and kind when we brought in our grandpa dog to say goodbye. Thank you so much for making this a sweet experience.
Brookside Animal Clinic was amazing years ago.. NOW they are horrible to deal with my yellow lab had trouble breathing they would not answer there phone it would ring and ring.. I walk in fast upset my dog need care fast they were so unkind did not care!! Please don't take your animals here please
I had to take her some place else fast I almost lost my friend..
