Advanced Veterinary Care

This place is amazing. I had to bring my dying cat here about three months ago. They determined that he had an infection and took care of him right away. With it being an ER, and having to hospitalize our cat overnight, I thought I would have to pay a fortune. Compared to my expectations, I paid a lot less. They even refunded a good chunk of my money because they did not use all of the charges for procedures they ended up not doing. Everyone was so timely, friendly, and caring. I will recommend this place to anyone who needs an emergency for their pets. They called to give me updates on how he was doing every step of the way. They also had lots of equipment and in-house testing facilities, so we were able to get results immediately. Excellent place.

They were so gentle and kind to my snickers !! He absolutely loved the vet tech and the team that took care of him tonight! The doctor answered all questions I had. They don’t charge you for things you do not need! Which i thought was amazing! I was very happy with the outcome. The wait sucked but that’s to be expected at an emergency vet and even then they were quick! And very kind! I was very impressed , it was worth the 20 minute drive ! I’ll definitely come here again!

Bad service, they only concern for money no for our dog, it is expensive, I dont recommend them

My dog got hit by a truck on Friday, they did help save him but they wouldn't do anything until they recieved payment, I told them I will move some funds around and call them right back they would not administer the anesthesia he needed until we did, We got him home and I had questions for them and it said we could call anytime i called them FRIDAY Night and it is now Monday AFTERNOON and still have not heard anything back! They had also called me on Friday night only to collect another 24 dollars on top of the 1600.00 we had already paid them tried asking my questions but after they got the payment they hung up on me! So yes they will help you but after they collect as much money as they can and get you out the door they no longer care! EDIT TO RESPOND BACK TO THE OWNER: It is now WEDNESDAY and I finally got a call back but it was about this review and not about my dog and the questions i had. I don't mind about the money as much as the fact that I didn't get a response, and we paid it all of course because we love our dog, by the way it was actually OVER the ESTIMATE that I was given which is why I got called again on Friday, to collect more money so it was not on the lower end it was higher.. the point is I never got A CALL UNLESS IT WAS FOR MONEY, I was told today that they dropped the ball and everyone had failed to communicate and I got an apology because you guys had read this review... I finally got tired after waiting 4 days so I took him to a different vet.

My wife just got off the phone with the most professional tech. We all know how much are pets mean to us. She was available to listen and confirm are medication given to us early in the day by a different Vet . Advised us on how get are dog to swallow the pills and reassured us. She was calming and confident! Excellent!
