Hillside is so great! They care of both our dogs wonderfully. Our puppy Teddy has never been scared to come here since the vet techs and doctors are so great with him! Such friendly and wonderful staff. Answer any and all questions. I’ve appreciated the professionalism they have even during a global pandemic. Would recommend anyone with fur babies to come here! Such a great place.
I have been bringing my cat here since I adopted her six years ago and my mom took our dog here for years before that. They are really great! I know I can trust them and they always take good care of my cat. They did a dental surgery for her and she recovered quickly and easily. She was so much happier after having those teeth removed, too! The staff is really friendly and they really care about the animals. They do an amazing job.
EDIT from 8/31/20: It sounds like they have gotten new office staff and my concerns in the previous review are no longer happening. I was able to get in right away and their vets are now doing drop-in hours on certain days, rather being told I had to wait over a month for my sick dog to be seen. This is what was happening previously over and over and I just ended up having to go to another clinic since they could never seem to work us in, but I definitely missed the vets at Hillside!
This time, though they were able to communicate very clearly with me and get me worked in the next business day. I am glad I tried them again! I had been seeing them for years and loved their vets and reasonable prices, but could never seem to get in to see them when my dogs were ill, thus my previous review. But that seems to no longer be an issue! :) Thanks for taking good care of my pet, Hillside!
Hillside veterinary is AMAZING! We always take our dog for his yearly checkups here, but most recently we had to take him in because he was throwing up blood and not keeping down any food or water. The staff worked us in same day and took excellent care of him! They're always so kind and I always feel in the loop about what's going on with him. They're always willing to help us whenever we need and we appreciate all of the staff so much! We love Hillside!
Love everything about Hillside! Michelle is the most loving and caring vet we've ever met. She has taken care of our golden for years and couldn't be more loving and compassionate in every way when working with her. When she recently experienced a broken leg, Dr. Smith was incredible in diagnosing and helping us through the next steps, including a very extensive surgery. They are truly about caring for the whole family, including our little boys and our dog all together and the important role pets play in a family.
