They worked me in and let me stay in the room while they checked my puppy out in the back. The doctor came in and talked with me and give me advice on how to save money and the next step to do if his ideas and treatment didn't work. He was very knowledgeable and kind hearted. I love this place! Everyone i have met with is caring and attentive. Dr. Nicholson is amazing! She is my favorite. But everyone is great. No sales...just care.
As an ex animal medical professional, I know what it's like to be stressed about taking your pet to the doctor. It was early enough where we could see a primary doctor instead of going to the emergency hospital... But it was unexpected. I had never been personally to Cole veterinary but had heard good things about them. I had my fiancé call and see if they could see him... They told him there weren't any openings but if he wanted to come and wait they could fit him in. Who does that with a new client??? I very much appreciate that. My fiancé who knows nothing medical had Dr. Nicholson speak with me over the phone and she was very patient with my questions and was well spoken to all parties involved. Dr. Nicholson heed my every concern and respected my decisions. My pup had to be left for treatment, but was cleaned up and handled with the utmost care. My pup came back home as if nothing happened and was back to normal the next day. I will definitely come back. ud83dudc4d
There are some great vets here and a couple that are learning. All really care about your pet and their follow up is superb. The price is super high, but I do trust them to provide the best quality of care. It does feel like you're waiting longer than you really are because of how it's currently structured for COVID. My last visit, I was in and out in 30-40 minutes. It felt like 2 hours. But I did leave with a happy, healthy pup.
Wonderful pet medical care- Dr. Chapman got my 15yr old mixed shepherd thru surgery with flying colors! They kept me well informed as to her condition & costs thru the process
