The staff is so courteous. They always answer all my questions. They don't judge your situation they just give you answers and solutions. When people can talk to you like a human being, that is something that is rare in these days. I do appreciate people that are down to earth. TLC earned my respect.
They are very knowledgeable and the prices are great. We took a very sick cat there last year and our doctor handled us with such care. She knew it was bad news and the problem was too advanced. She spent so much time with us but didn't charge us anything. They even called another clinic for us to make an emergency appointment. In the cooperate world it's hard to find people like her. I'm so appreciative of how carrying they all were in that terrible situation.
They are fantastic with helping the community by providing low cost spay and neutering. I took one of mt beagles there to be neutered and had no complications with drop off, pick up or post surgery. Will definitely return again with my other pets.
We've been with them through 3 moves and 4 pets and still love them. The vets are always knowledgeable and so very kind to our fur babies. Highly recommend them for vaccines and spay & neutering at their discounted rate but not lack service or care. Support TLC that way they will be around for a LONG time.
Genuine concern for animals. I appreciate the lower fees for neuter & spaying the animals people leave on my doorstep. Get them fixed and try to find their forever homes !
