Communication isn't the best here and Doctor doesn't make eye contact when speaking to you but they got the job done. My Dobermans ears are healing up nice and they seem to be standing good. I recommend asking Paula any and all questions as she is on point, nice and will take the time to explain stuff.
We have had serval dogs ears done here. The doctor is straight forward and prices are told upfront. The crops are always perfect and come out great! Clients need to use common sense that all the dogs are to the clinic are puppies so do not let everyone touch your pet or use the grass and illness can come from that alone and not the clinic. They always are cleaning after each dog and before the next! It is very busy so be prepared!
No individual appointments made here. It's more first come first serve but this beats the long waits other clinics have for your young puppies. Or if you're like me I want to get things done asap and will to do first come first Serve this won't bother you. Fast moving clinic. Retapes are fast as well but again this is all first come first Serve. Always remember your puppy's procedure date. It will help the staff go faster.
