I was very pleased with how professional Joe Ruggiero and his staff were during a very difficult time for my family. From beginning to end the service was 100%. To shorten the story: the man (maybe the director) hung up on me. I was asking about what the family had ordered for flowers and he told me he doesn't handle flowers, they couldn't afford flowers and should pay their bill to him first. I thought we were still speaking but he hung up on me. I'm not sure why he was so annoyed with my call.
