Apparently the lady that answered yesterday thought it was soo hilarious to have birthday flowers delivered to Ben Bolt. My mother who is in the hospital called and wanted flowers delivered to me for my birthday. I guess it’s soo funny that I work in Ben Bolt that the lady who was answering the phones hung up on my mother. Poor customer service and since when is it okay to laugh at a customer. My family and dads Law Firm have been doing business here for a decade and will no longer since our delivery request is soo funny. You lost out in a $80 sale because it’s sooooo funny
