Very compassionate and professional clinic! Our dog had gotten something stuck in his throat. We are from out of town. We called them and they got us signed in over the phone while driving there. Once there, they took our dog right back to take care of him. Once done, Dr Lake then provided us with a detailed account of their care and assessment. Would highly recommend.
I took my dog in for the first time . I was concerned about a wound she had from a few days ago, she explained what she was needing to do I was very comfortable with her taking her I wouldn’t have done that with my other one I didn’t trust her so if you have been looking for a new vet you will not be disappointed. It was very clean and so professional. I will not take my dogs anywhere from now on. They took their time talked for a bit didn’t seem to be in a hurry to get out the room. The vet and assistants was so very nice. So if you are searching for a new vet check them out plus they have a kennel just across from them. Bonus they are open for a few hours on Saturday.
Very nice and respectful it was really hard for my mom to put her dog down he was 17 years old but it was time. The staff squeezed us in even though we had never been there before. They let my mom say her goodbyes and offered her to stay longer if needed. Thank you

The staff are super caring! I can not say enough positive things about this place. The vet we have been using has turned us away 3x now when we had true emergencies with our furbabies but not the vets at Cottonwood Creek Veterinary of Waco! They are so great with their customer service as well.
