I would not recommend this place. Took my cat in for spaying. They charged extra because they said my cat was in heat. Not. She is 9 mos old and an inside 24/7 pet. She didn't need to be spayed for any other reason than my own sanity. Signed paper saying not to if in heat. They did anyways and charged me extra. When I rebuked the charges the surgery tech calls me after it had been settled to chastise me and school me. She stated I should have had her spayed at 6 mos old not 9. And said she was in heat and swollen. She displayed absolutely zero signs of heat. And believe me this cat is not one to let a heat go unnoticed, hence me taking her in. If you like to spend money go ahead, but I prefer to know before someone spends my money for me.
Horrible experience and wasted time. I called and scheduled an appointment the other day to go in at a certain time. They called me back later that day to ask if I could come in earlier. They decided not to be open later on in the day on a Saturday as they had planned. I agreed that I would move some things around in my schedule to help them out. They rescheduled me a new time and after driving 45 mins out there they did not honor it. They don’t know how to properly take care of their clients, or work as a team in there to make sure they are all on the same page. I waited an hour out there to talk to the manager about the issue and they didn’t even have the decency to call me back and try to work anything out. Would never recommend them. There are nicer places around that know how to properly schedule a person and stick to a time. Like a real business.
Always great But appointments lapped over and I waited 30 minutes to get in even though I was on time. In a business that is not suffering due to covid. The staff should be careful of booking too many customers.
The service was excellent and Dr Walker gave a very detailed explanation about every procedure. Princess is all better. Thank you all.
Extremely caring, and sympathic to our needs to have our dog of 17 years put down because of old age and illness. A wonderful group of people who really care ❤, thank you.
