I ordered flowers for my grandmother's birthday to be delivered. I ordered a day before they needed to be delivered. The arrangement arrived on time and with our birthday note. Everyone involved was happy with the delivery and my Grandma loved the arrangement. While the arrangement wasn't exactly as pictured...Grandma commented multiple times on how beautiful the arrangement was, based on the real picture I agree!nnThe only constructive advice I have for Tubb's would be to send an email to the sender when the delivery is made so that the sender is aware.
This florist shouldn't be in business. This is a first and hopefully a last. The florist delivered old, peddles falling off , broken flowers, today. Not even the flowers that my guy ordered, nor the proper vase, that he had chosen. They Didn't deliver the chocolates or card my guy ordered., either. Then to add insult to injury the delivery person didn't deliver the flowers to the door, but called my guy and requested that he pick up the flowers at the street where the delivery person was parked. Absolutely unbelievable!!! Just shocking
BUYER BEWARE! I ordered star gazer Lilly's, a box of chocolates and a card on the web. I received a bouquet of old roses and some other flowers. NO chocolates, NO card. When my Girl called, the owner got nasty.
I remember this used to be an amazing florist. When we went in they had very little to choose from because we were told several of the flower pots were owned by the Owners of the shop. Whaaa? It was dirty and filthy inside. Cobwebs attached to everything. Even driving up I was shocked at the building’s condition from what I remembered it to be back in the day. It looks like it should be closed, inside and out. :(
I was disappointed in the flowers I ordered for a dear friends funeral. I ordered a basket, pastel colors. Told them 100. dollars. Was told that could get a real nice arrangement for that price. The colors were wrong, it was not a basket and the arrangement was lacking in fullness it was sparse!
