As a florist myself, I am pleased to say I was very impressed with Golden Petal. I ordered a bouquet for my birthday (because florists still deserve to receive flowers lol) and it was beautiful so I placed another order a few months later and despite some minor issues, Golden Petal was quick to fix my problem and provided me with a beautiful wrapped bouquet. I will definitely be using more in the future

I grew up in Corpus & I'm beyond happy with the bouquet of flowers & box of chocolates I ordered for my grandmother's 90th birthday! The team at Golden Petal Florist have the best customer service! They are on top of their game & I will use them from here on out for all my floral needs in the corpus area!

Golden Petal Florist is amazing! It is difficult to explain in a short review of the compassion, the professionalism, the care and the time that was put in to make my delivery. I called to place an order for my wife who was having a bad day and needed flowers. I explained I needed them delivered before 1600 that gave a window of an hour! Somehow they made it happen. My wife loves the flowers, and the prices for the quality are amazing! I would recommend every time. Thank you.

Order an expensive plant for a grave side service for one of my best friends mother’s funeral. Picked out something via FaceTime that was very nice to be delivered by 11:30 grave side service the next day. Plant was already on site, just needed a ribbon and card attached and then delivered to Seaside Memorial Cemetary. While at the cemetery, I noticed that the plant was not there. I asked the funeral directors about it and they said they brought everything out to the grave side service. So was very disappointed. Then after the service was over, I became even more upset when I called and got a message saying that the phone had been disconnected and was no longer in service. This left me no choice but to go by the shop. The owner apologized for the error and for their phone being disconnected and refunded my money. The owner said they would verify that the plant was indeed at the cemetery and if there they would leave it there so that the family could retrieve it when they retrieved all other plants and floral arrangements later after the reception. This was not ideal as I really wanted it there at grave side as I contracted them to do, but given the circumstances they tried to make it better as much as they could. But wait! Now when I was at the reception, they called me to inform me that they retrieved the plant and that if I wanted to place another order, they would deliver it to the family. Are you kidding me! Place another order??? Nope, I am done! So now I had to tell the family that they will not get a plant now. I feel this shop stole the plant that had our names on it and was for the family of the deceased. Not happy how they handled this situation at all.
