The staff was super friendly and respectful. Not overly serious atmosphere, but comfortable. They were so loving and caring with my dog, I really appreciated that! The care was professional and timely. I felt like the communication was good. I will use them again!
Great staff! Came in for vaccines and a heartworm test. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very clean and the clinic smells great. Not like most vet clinics. Everyone was so friendly and made sure I understood everything before I left. They made my fur baby feel like he was number one. Highly recommend for fast and efficient service.
Had a great experience, staff was amazing! Wait time was quick (as there wasn’t anyone else there) my dog is a bit of a baby but they were able to work with him and help keep him calm. Will most definitely be coming back again
I recently took two of my furry-kids for their yearly vaccinations. I was greeted with a warm smile and left absolutely pleased with our experience. My dogs are very nervous with new people and the entire staff treated them with patience and comfort. There was zero wait time and the facility was very clean and spacious. They reviewed their previous vaccination records to determine what was needed and went over them with me. The prices are unbelievably affordable! Thank you so much, Jackie, Meagan, and Dr. Fann for providing us with a great experience. I would highly recommend taking your pets here and I am sure Chico and Catia would concur.
