They never answer the phone. When you leave a message it takes 6 or 7 days before they will call you back thats IF they will wven call back. People/workers are nice but the place in NOT ran like a professional business at all.
It’s a coin toss. Sometimes you get great service, some days they’re not at their best
Clean and very nice facility. Staff was friendly and helpful. Although I did not use their services their diligent services helped to decide which facility to use. No ER fees were to be charged with visit so that is a major plus!
Had a wonderful experience. With 5 dogs it can be a challenge but had no problems everything went smoothly. Also took care of one of their ear problems that had been misdiagnosed by another vet. No ear problems now.
Friendly staff. Very good grooming and boarding.
