Great vet, prices can sometimes be pretty steep. Dr.Shelby is an awesome vet, straight forward and honest. Just wish the front desk was a little friendlier/sympathetic. I refer lots of friends here and wish they would have an good, kind experience like I have.
Its a very busy place, but the doctors and staff are the best I've ever seen. Not like other places I've taken my precious animal to. At Long Drive, they are truly heartfelt compassionate with such empathy, you can feel that their number one priority is your beloved pet. And secondly, they make sure that you understand everything to the tiniest details. Thank you Long Drive Hospital, you're saving my precious beloved dog. God bless them always. 100 stars if i could give it to them.
My doggie Richie was very critical. Dr. Gallagher came and explained her assessment and treatment plan. She assured me she would do her best to bring him back to a normal state. She explained her diagnosis and treatment. We were discharge with medication. It took 24 hours but he's eating and playing.nThe staff is great and caring.
At first i was really impressed with this vet. They have really cheap prices and they used to care for each pet that was brought in. The past 2 times i took my dog here, they kept her for a good hour and had little to no communication with me as to what they were doing with my dog and where she was at. They are quick to take your money but for some reason it took them well over 30 minutes to find where they put my dog. If you are looking for a vet that actually cares about your animal, dont being them here. The only reason i give them 2 stars is for their prices.
I have been going to Long Drive Dog & Cat Hospital for years. The vaccines are reasonable. The care that my, now fourth dog gets is awesome. The only thing is that they only do grooming on Saturdays on a first come first serve basis. I wish they could open up more days.
