Great customer service! My fur baby is not the best at the vets office but they make sure they make her feel as comfortable as possible.

In all the years I’ve been bringing my dogs to Kirkwood I’ve never had a bad experience. They are so friendly and caring and provide great and very personal service. My dogs are always happy and excited when they come there. I brought my dog in for an ear infection last week and got great “curbside” service! I was skeptical when they said I would need to stay in the car while they treated him but they did a great job and I appreciated the effort they took to be as safe as possible.
All of the staff and doctors truly care about the pets and the owners. They just don't treat the animals they talk with you and explain everything thing they do. They understand that the well being of the animal and will talk with the pet owner of the different options they have in treatment
I recommend them! My dog was well taken care of!
