Our relationship with Firehouse Animal Health started the day we adopted our two cats. From the receptionist up front asking if we would like a water or soda before the appointment, to the nurses and the doctor always taking time to answer questions and calling a few days later to check on the cats. Both my wife and I have been very happy with the service our pets have received. It's both people and pet friendly!
We are new to the area as if 6 months ago and so happy we found Firehouse Animal Health Center! We have been there almost 5 times now for our English Golden and they take such good care of her! The staff is amazing and wonderful to work with!❤ufe0f
Our pets have been patients of Dr. Calabrese since we moved to TX a little over a year ago and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone at Firehouse is friendly, caring and accommodating, from the office staff, to the vet techs and vets. When we recently adopted a new dog, Dr. Calabrese spent nearly an hour with us, talking through our concerns and determining a plan to manage our dog’s anxiety. We truly feel that everyone there genuinely cares for our dogs and have their best interests and health in mind when recommending services and treatment.
Best vet experience I have ever had. My Hudson tore of a toe nail and was in pain every time he moved. In between jobs and low on cash but when your baby hurts.... You give what you have to the vet. They gave me options so at the very least, what we came to accomplish would definately happen. Hudson was behind on Rabies and they were understanding and said I could have it done on my next visit. But when I went to pay the bill, it was no where near the amount I expected to pay. We went back in and got the rabies shot as well. First visit and they do everything except roll out the red carpet for you! We left with the meds needed and a welcome bag. Hudson got a name tag with my phone number and bandana and ball... and I got Wine!!!! How cool is that . They called and checked on Hudson and asked if I had any questions. I love this clinic!!! I will take all my pets here from now on!
Never had a vet give better service. These guys really do care about the animals. I will say, it's on the pricey side, but you really do get what you pay for here. I trust them immensely. Shout out to Dr. Calabrese for awesome bedside manner and to the staff for literally everyone knowing my dog's name
