I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Parham and his staff. The wait may be long, but the best of care is always given. Dr. Gordon and assistants take the time to discuss all treatments and care. Many Vets in the business will nickle and dime an animal's care leading to a payoff in the thousands of dollars. Dr. Gordon has chosen top notch care over financial gain. The Doc is a really good guy. Prescription on line prices are very competitive also.

Been here a couple of times & great experience. Will be back!nUpdate: I used to go to this location before the other one was opened. I really appreciate the lower cost and services provided but some of the staff at this location were rude the last couple of times I tried bringing my pups in. Theres usually a long line especially since Saturdays are closed now. I'll make the sacrifice of driving to the other location on 43rd street.
Wow! Not only is this the best value clinic in Houston but the people that work here are so caring like Raul and Maciel! I will only use this Clinic for my cat's going forward and I have referred a friend and happy customer today.nI was shocked at their professionalism and kindness. 5 stars! Wow.
I took my dog for a regular checkup. They said they did a physical exam. When I asked for a report, I was handled a report with blank fields for temperature, weight, heart rate. On pointing it out, they gave me an older report saying she weighed 36.7 lbs. The third time I brought it up to them, they asked how much she weighed and gave a new report with weight I just told and rest empty fields. I don't think they really did any physical exam. Rude receptionist and lazy staff. The doctors were nice the last time I interacted with them. Definitely not a place for a regular check-up as they don't take those seriously.
