I am new to the houston area and have 100% found my forever vet for my dog. All of the workers here were fantastic and the vet was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly and the vet took her time (15 min phone call) with me to go over my dog’s health review and annual shots. She went in detail with everything and took her time answering all of my questions and going above and beyond to explain everything to me. Such a great experience! Could not be happier!
Been with West U Veterinary Clinic for about a year now and they are amazing. They take the time out to contact me about my dog help issues are upcoming vaccines or appointments. They're very friendly and clean and sanitized. The Doctor is very knowledgeable

Competent and friendly staff. We have taken our dog (1.5 years old) to different vets to find the fix to her never-ending rashes. Previous vets gave us antibiotics to fix the symptoms but they didn’t care about the underlying cause. Then we came to West U Veterinary Clinic. They truly listened to our concerns and finally found the root cause of our dogs symptoms. The vet was very professional and you can tell that she loves animals. She got down on my dogs level and talked with HER about how sorry she was that she was hurting and explained how we can fix it. She never judged us or thought we were bad dog parents. We are ecstatic that we have finally found our family vet!!
