Dr. Hooper was able to get my dog in the same day for an examination and treatment for Bowel movement issues. The Dr. made herself available to go over the X-ray and discuss a treatment plan. My dog is much better today, and I am very happy with the professionalism and caring attitude displayed by the Doctor and her staff. I highly recommend this Veterinarian.

This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had and easily the worst experience I have had with a vet. We have had two interactions with this animal hospital. The first one ended with my wife sitting in the parking lot for 30 minutes after they said they were bringing our cats out. 30 minutes later my wife called and they had forgotten.nnToday's disaster started admittedly with us being 13 minutes late for our appointment. We called in early to say we were going to be late and arrived 13 minutes late. I called once we arrived to check in and was told someone would be out shortly. 30 minutes later I called back to ask if someone was coming to get my dog. A tech showed up about 10 minutes later.nnI informed the tech that I'd like the doctor to check out his skin since he seems to have allergies and is constantly itching. She told me there would be a fee to see the doctor since he was just there for a booster and didn't need to see a doctor for that. I told her that was fine and away she went.nn60 minutes later I called back in to see if he had even been seen yet and he hadn't. I was informed that his appointment had been converted to a walk in and that he had been put to the side and would be seen when he could be seen. I asked them to cancel his appointment, bring me my dog, his medication and his records.nn15 minutes later a tech arrives with my dog. I asked if he had even gotten the booster in the 60 minutes they've had him in their building, she replied no and when pressed about it she handed me his records and meds and told me she doesn't have time to deal with this.nnFor those of you keeping score at home, almost 2 hours in a parking lot for an appointment that we were 13 minutes late for, and SHE doesn't have time for this.nnThis place is a dumpster fire.

The compassion, excellent care was nothing short of remarkable. The after care by the staff and the constant phone calls to ensure our Biscuits well being is so amazing. I would recommend this facility or Kitty Hawk their partner clinic to anyone who wants to get the best care for their pet. Just so overjoyed with Biscuit and our Mamacitas care.

I took two cats for routine yearly care. They practiced safety measures due to Covid. Turning Stone Vet Clinic handled my visit in a kind and caring manner. I was impressed. I felt sure my cats received the best possible care. Everyone was informative and kind. Dr. Hooper spent the perfect amount of time with me on the phone after this visit. I will be returning to this vet, no doubts.n.

I have been taking my fur son Vader to Turning Stone for about a year now and every visit is phenomenal. Great service, professional staff, they keep you informed about everything, and treat your pets as their own. I highly recommend Turning Stone to anyone out there searching for a new Vet Home.
