Took my puppy in for a check-up and rabies vaccine. The staff was very friendly and took very good care of Harley. They gave him all the attention he wanted, and he wants a lot. The vet gave him two vaccines and Harley didn't even know he got them. Highly recommend this place.
The doctor and her staff are the best. Very compassionate and explained everything very VERY well. I didnt feel like we were rushed in and out. These people are the top of the line. The best.
This is by far the best place I’ve ever took my pets to! The staff is super friendly and they truly care about your pets. They’re very informative, thorough with everything they do and go out of their way to accommodate
I believe that years ago, people went into their profession due to they truly loved what they did and wanted to help others in need. As I've gotten older, my view of this changed and it aways appears that it's all about the money.. and that others aren't in inconvenience. Due to the pandemic, this year.. it's become increasingly worse. Our animals are completely dependent upon us, for their survival.nnSo here is my story - Not just ONCE this year, but TWICE now.. I have found myself in need of what I considered more urgent help. North Creek Animal Hospital, didn't know me - nor know my animals and each time they Welcomed me with open arms. My matter was just as important, as everyone else's. One of the times included, putting our beloved Family dog to rest. YOU can't Fake caring.. Or the respect they showed us all the way down to including the candle that was lit in his honor for everyone to see.nnPlease don't ever change, because in this world today... You Mean, The World to Others.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Gave my dog a treat while we waited and were very gentle and careful during the exam. Explained everything very well. Will definitely bring both of my dogs back.
