Really impressed. Nice facility, and I appreciate the design that makes it easy for large trailers to maneuver. The vets are knowledgeable and polite, and I appreciate the feedback during the exam. I've only used them for breeding but they sure are busy! Looking forward to more breeding success this year!

Amazing group! Very compassionate. I wouldnt use any other place at this point. I highly recommend this place for your big and small fur babies!

The doctor didn't seem to care or want to be there. He barely looked my dog over and prescribed her shampoo and dog food without asking more than two questions. I told him what I fed her and when he went to the back, he must've thought it was a sound proof room, because I overheard them making fun of me for the supplements I added in. My dog is turning 11 in June, so I buy her the best food there is and do everything I can to make sure she lives as long as possible. Instead of laughing at me with your vet tech, how about you talk to me and EDUCATE me on what is sufficient in aiding my dog's longevity, and what isn't. I'm simply doing the best I know how to help her and the fact that you laughed instead of EDUCATED speaks volumes. We went back for less than 10 minutes. Don't waste your time, find a vet that actually cares about your pets and doesn't look like they're counting the days until they retire. Spencer vet in Gilmer is top notch from what I hear; we're finding out Thursday if that's true. I can't wait to have a vet that cares.

Never had a negative experience here except the wait time. Be sure you have plenty of time to spend here. Drs and other staff are always friendly and gentle with pets.
