My 4-year-old miniature poodle was acting strange for a few days. We have had him for about 8 months now and he has never had any issues. Unfortunately, his regular veterinarian was not available until the following week. Thankfully one of my good friends recommended me to go here as he took his dog here before his dog passed. I called up and they asked exactly what all is going on. And they were able to see me within a few hours. Staff and veterinarian was extremely professional and kind. They were not pushy at all when it came to solutions to my dogs’ issue. They only recommended me their preferred option when I asked. And luckily my dog is back to normal within the week. Extremely grateful that they were able to see me on such short notice. I will definitely be taking him back here.
Small, clean, and quaint. This place was great when treating Ginger, my small dog. The staff were welcoming and accomodating. The waiting area is a little small for social distancing right now, but they were accommodating when we chose to wait in the car. They called when the room was ready and we were able to get in and out quickly. We only had vaccine update and general check up. They are VERY well priced. We will definitely continue going in the future.
Dr. Plummer and all of the Staff are exceptional. They have the utmost respect and understanding of your pets needs. We have large and Giant breed dogs which require above average “everything” and they know what’s best for us. Thank you for the many years of great support!!
The positive attitude and professionalism from the staff here at Critter Care was EXCELLENT! The atmosphere here was so warm and friendly for both me and our cat Raja. They were very honest in their counseling and able to work within my budget. Great experience and thank you for all you do. :)
Dr. Plummer and the support team are awesome. They are flexible with scheduling and the care is top notch. Current veterinary techniques are available for treatments which is a testament to Dr. Plummer’s expertise and care for each pet. Since relocating to the area, I have been Blessed to find Critter Care. And might I add, Omar is a great groomer. My mini poodle looks beautiful after every grooming session.
