Great place! I did not have any idea what I wanted to get for my girls (wife and kids). The staff was very helpful making suggestions for different price ranges. Never tried to up sell , just easy to work with.nnIf you are a guy and lost on what to get/do, like me, I highly recommend giving them a shot!
The flowers were beautiful and perfect for my moms 70th birthday! The girl (Bridget) on the phone was extremely sweet and helpful. This was my first time to order flowers anywhere, she made the process really easy for me. And described everything precisely so I could get an idea of what I was ordering on the phone. Genuinely kind customer service! You don't find that anymore
I love using Nora Anne's Flowers. They are great when it comes to flower arrangements. My Valentine Day arrangement got high praise. My daughter was satisfied with her first flowers.
I live in Massachusetts. This is the second time I have ordered from this florist. They are very accommodating and took their time to find out what I wanted. The first time the flowers were delivered with in a half hour. Arrangements looked beautiful. Great place!!
