As a first time customer I am very displeased with the flower arrangement that was sent to my girlfriend. About half of the flowers are still closed and haven't opened, most of the flowers look as if they've been handled very carelessly and the main flower in the middle looks the worst. As you can see in the second picture this is what $43 will get you.

IF there were a no star, that is what i would give them. terrible customer service by Dylon, they stated the customer did not water the flowers and other things, said they talked to her, and actually did not at all.nwould not replace the item that was dead in one day, their 24 hr guarantee on the card had a fax #, so the customer could not call, and so on, and so on...... i would stay away from this florist !!nI told him I would write a review, and he actually dared me to do that.ni hope 800 flowers cans this florist
