I took my dog here yesterday after he couldn’t keep down food or water and they took him in right away. The receptionist Miranda was so amazing throughout the whole process and was so sweet and gave me her name and what time she was there until. My dog is doing so much better today and I can truly tell the Staff cares about the animals. The doctors were thorough and not pushy and always did what was needed first in testing before adding anything else and were very transparent with me about the cost and making sure they had my consent. The vet Dr Hoyt was also so thorough in answering all my questions and his food suggestions have helped settle my dogs gastroenteritis. I highly recommend this place, thank y’all for all that y’all do and the care you give the animals and people!
I am so thankful for the staff and the quality care that my pet received. Everyone was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They took great care of my baby. I would definitely recommend them if you find yourself in an emergency situation.
Fantastic Experience. My little 5 lb dog found a way to jump from our family room couch to the kitchen counter and eat about 6 milk chocolate chip cookies. I called the Emergency Animal Hospital and 1. I got in immediately 2. They took such good care of my little guy 3. Very compassionate and loving for both me and my dog. 4. Thorough explanation on procedures, timing, meds, and home instructions. So grateful and strongly recommend.
I called late at night after my vet had closed when my dog started having abnormal issues. I was alittle stressed and worried about him and some possible ER bills. But the staff was very helpful and comforting in what I should do next. They had no intention on just making money and really cared for us, all around some genuinely good people.
First time visitor. Staff was prompt and courteous and the turnaround time was impressive, I was prepared for a long haul. I was particularly impressed by their policy that if you have to go back within 24 hours, they waive the diagnostic fee.
