Thank you to ReAnn for her patience with all my questions today. And thank you to the doctor and other staff that helped with my dog's issue. They were all very friendly.nnUpdate on 4.8.21:nOn the evening of 4.6.21, I had to bring my dog in. The staff all around was top notch. Everyone was so nice and caring for my baby, and so patient with me and my questions, and also while I decided which option would be best for her care. Thank you to all the people that helped care for my beautiful baby while she was there in your facility. I really appreciate everything.
Brought my 14 yr old dog in after she ate a bar of chocolate. She was taken in almost immediately.nThe whole team was empathic and kept me up-to-date on what was happening, including a midnight call to inform me of her progress.. They were obliging and friendly, including assisting in my requests for more paperwork promptly. Most importantly, our 'pup' is back to herself - except she wants more chocolate :-(
Do not come here..nIt took them 5 HOURS to just look at my puppy and prescribe us drugs for our dog and then when we asked what tests were run- NONE.nHow are you going to prescribe drugs for a puppy and then you never do any tests? Then you give us like six hypothetical diagnosis?nnThen we got asked for our card info AGAIN. so over $200 and 5 hours wasted for literally less than we knew before. Going to the real vet tomorrow. Unless it is life or death- do not waste your time.nnI mean literal- LIFE or DEATH
All of the staff were exceptional and professional. The doctor and overnight care nurse (Raeann) both were so very kind. They took the time to answer questions I had and to keep me informed about the care and well-being of my cat. It had been a number of years ago that I had used North TX Emergency Pet Clinic and it's comforting to know that the kindness and level of care has not changed. An exceptional facility for pet emergencies and one that I will continue to recommend to others.
There was clear communication about what my pet would need. They took great care of him. I am very happy with the outcome of what otherwise could have been a scary night for my dog. Thank you!
