Best veterinary clinic in the North Dallas area, and I've lived here over 55 years. They truly care about your pet and completely explain everything to you. It is obvious that they LOVE animals! They are kind, caring, and loving. They go the extra mile. All of the vets are great, professional, and the animals love them. I highly recommend them to everyone.
I have been bringing my dogs here for almost 40 years -- four different dogs. The staff is friendly and the vets caring and knowledgeable. They have had to put down three of my dogs (ages 13,17, and 13) and did so in a humane and sympathetic manner, even sending a sympathy card afterward. The fact that each of my dogs lived such a long and healthy life should say it all. Each dog always greeted the vet with tail wagging.
Going to North Carrollton Vet was such a great experience. I was super nervous about bringing my dog to a new vet but this place was amazing and affordable. They addressed all my concerns for my dog and you can tell they really care, they didn't rush the appointment and let me know what my options were for future care for my dog. If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. It was an extraordinary experience.
Got a new puppy last week and wanted to get him checked out. After filling out a few appointment request forms for several vets, North Carrollton Veterinary Hospital was the only one that got back to me. The scheduling was smooth and got me set up for today. They currently only provide curbside services, unless it's an emergency. Spoke with 2 nurses or aids and both were great. They were very helpful and I wish I had gotten their names so I could call them both out. There was a bit of a wait because of an unexpected situation, but they were very transparent and communicative. Dr. Sirois gave us a call after the exam while we were in the parking lot and answered all our questions and told us about the exam. Thankfully it was very routine. She was very clear about the tests she did and the things she examined, put our minds right at ease. The prices were very reasonable in my opinion. Payment was quick and easy. They do store cards for call in situations. Overall, couldn't have been happier with my first experience. We found our puppy a new Vet.
Love bringing my pets here. Dr Calhoun is the best, never rushes you through your appointment and takes wonderful care of our babies. The staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
