The staff always responds with politeness and professionalism. They remain on time, keep their facility extremely clean, and are super loving. Not only do they ensure the health of any animal in their hands, but while doing so the staff remains incredibly compassionate towards the customers and handles every situation with the upmost care. I would highly recommend the doctors and the entire staff of CityVet to anyone.
I’m new to town and came in very stressed with a very sick dog. They were so kind and wonderful and took time to explain options, next steps. The receptionist was warm and caring when she could see I was near tears. The techs and assistants were so good with my dog who runs anxious. And the doc was calm and helpful. I never felt rushed. What a relief. And my doggie is feeling so much better less than 24 hours later. I’m so glad I didn’t delay getting in
Dr. Farr is the best vet that I have ever taken pets to. One of my cats was extremely sick and the previous vet that I had taken him to was not able to find the issue. When I took him to Dr. Farr, he was in really bad shape and I thought I was going to lose him. She was both empathetic to my distress and budget conscious in her recommendations on how to move forward. We ended up having to do an emergency exploratory surgery where she removed a blockage in his stomach that saved his life. She kept me updated through texts and calls at every step of the procedure which really eased my mind. I had to take in my other cat for teeth extractions yesterday and she showed the same level of care and communicativeness. I cannot recommend her enough.
Were very fast and helpful. Super loving to your animals and polite with clients. I asked multiple questions and veternarian didn't seem bothered or irritated as some places and people get. They were all around fantastic!
I have been using CityVet at White rock for eight years for care care and grooming services. Recently I had to change to the lovers Lane location for grooming and I am so thrilled with the quality of the cut and the care that they give to my dog. They are always super sweet to her & she is never afraid to go in. I didn’t even leave believe that they spoil on every dog that comes through there. I am also very pleased with the office staff who are always smiling and waiting for you when you walk in. Do you ever a real all service at each location is exceptional and the pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend either of these locations for pet care or grooming.
