I cannot say enough good things about this clinic as a whole and recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for a vet! The entire staff is fantastic and we - especially our dog - absolutely love Dr. Jiranek. Our dog loves going to the vet (seriously!) because of how great this team is. Our family recommended them after going here for years and we couldn’t be happier. They are professional, reliable, great quality, responsive, and really everything else you could look for in a vet. Their costs are super reasonable as well. We started going here at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic with our puppy and they’ve always been super safe and made us feel comfortable even though we couldn’t go inside.
I have never had a bad experience here. The entire staff is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
My dog had an issue and I called VCA and they got him in and out quickly, and solved the issue at a fair price. Also, my pup was nervous going in, and when I picked him up, he seemed completely relaxed. Will be taking him back for any other needs.

Appointment was easy to make and the whole team today seems to have the new COVID-19 procedure down to where the visit progressed quite smoothly and efficiently. The vet who saw Loki was very thorough and clear in explaining the planned diagnostic procedure over the phone. And he came out to the car and met us in person to deliver the diagnosis and treatment option which was a nice personal touch. The total bill was a bit high - especially without first breaking it down what all the charges were - but then again, aside from SPCA or the Animal Shelter, I have yet to get a vet bill that I didn't think was high. So, thanks to the VCA Lovers Lane team that took care of Loki today and made our visit a pleasant experience.
