The staff there has been pretty good over the years. But recently, a gal named Ciara and their office manager were both unprofessional and rude and of course when you have an issue with a staff member the office manager takes their side and not the customer. Don't go here if you need special accommodations or appointment needs as they simply don't care about YOU. I'm taking my 5 dogs elsewhere where my business will be appreciated. These folks are way above their heads because they have plenty of business that they have clearly lost their appreciation for customers over 10yrs. Very disappointed and with charging more than other local vets, I'll take my pets and my money elsewhere.
I love CityVet! Everyone there is so kind and welcoming. As of 1/5/21, they are doing drop off visits and in person visits, with the lobby now open as long as you’re wearing a mask. Both doctors are knowledgeable and take time to explain all the details even if it’s just a routine visit. Love cityvet and specifically love this location!
I couldn’t be more thankful for the doctors and staff at cityvet. They are all amazing, and everyone cares about your little ones. I am moving away from the area and I am going to have a huge challenge finding doctors and staff as attentive and caring as the fine people here.nnThank you for everything. You all are amazing!!
I cannot recommend CityVet - Uptown enough! I have taken my golden, Kevin, there for every appointment since he was 6 weeks old. The staff is SUPER friendly and incredibly helpful. Both Kevin and I enjoy going and we suggest you give them a try!
The front desk personnel were friendly and efficient! No long wait to check my cat into day boarding and no long wait to pay when I returned to pick them up. On top of that, other places usually take a while/have trouble getting London out of the kennel and into her carrier to the extent that I am invited/asked to go in the back to get her out of the kennel. CityVet folks apparently didn't have any trouble at all! And, MOST IMPORTANTLY, most importantly, London didn't seem all stressed out (like she has been with other pet boarding places). If London is happy, I'm happy!
