My baby girl, Piper (doodle ) was attacked by a Pit Bull while I was visiting Dallas.nCity Vet was absolutely responsive, informative, and very transparent with the entire situation.nDr. Effie is the most kind-hearted, caring vet that you will ever find.nThe staff at City Vet did a wonderful job in keeping my baby calm and keeping the situation under control.nThey took care of my baby, Informed me of the proper care. But on top of that, they were absolutely empathetic, as if my baby was one of their own. I have never experienced anything like this.nI will be forever eternally grateful for the service, compassion, and care that city vet provides.

Was fortunate enough to get my dog last minute boarding, but did not feel they have him adequate care or attention. Upon leaving him, I asked that they give him his own blanket that I brought in along with his kong that already had treats in it, so that he could feel comfortable and in a safe place. They did neither of these requests, as I could tell his personal stuff had not been touched from the bag that I brought in. Upon picking him up, he had a scratch across his face and a few others under his chin. I asked if they knew what happened and it took several techs to basically say they had no idea, but that he did tear up the hospital bedding and was probably trying to escape the kennel. I explained that's what I asked them to give him his personal items. They just looked at me with blank stares. They do not care about the well being of your animal. It's just another number to them. I later discovered he had chipped his teeth. You'd think they'd be a little more attentive to dogs in distress. The techs are incompetent and don't give any proper information. For $59/ night for boarding, there's definitely better options. Again, the only reason for 3 stars is because I was in a bind and they happened to have a kennel available, but I will never board him there again.

Dr Sheldon and all the staff are invaluable.nWe moved out of state, and will miss them all dearly. Thorough, thoughtful and patient centered care is what you’ll find with Dr Sheldon and her technicians/ assistants. My two elderly pups are fur-ever grateful for all the love they received.

I've been here twice in the past 2 weeks. They seem to provide decent services to my animals at good prices and accommodating for disabled/non speaking folks.nnHowever I was/am a deeply concerned when they said my credit card information was saved on file without my consent. No explanation or apology was offered for this.

CityVet employees care about animals, especially their clients. The care is usually always exceptional. The veterinarians are all personable, they communicate with the client owners with understanding and compassion. I would’ve given them 5 stars but due to recent inquiries about my dogs visit, which has not been answered or acknowledged yet, I give them a high 4 stars.
