The staff was SO friendly and very attentive we were actually taken away by the amount of concern and care they showed for our cat Salem. They were also very quick to attend our cat. We were explained everything from the beginning to end. Doctor Parkinson was awesome, he really assured us she would be okay and talked through everything he would do to help. We are very lucky to have had a great team assist us. Would recommend to anyone definitely great people to place your trust Into.
Exceptional care in every way for both our pup and us. They took amazing care of our rowdy little rescue puppy when she needed it the most, and that's a tall order. If you value clear communication, professional care, fair pricing, clean facilities, and a staff that's every bit as knowledgeable as they are friendly then bring your animal here. Even after discharge they have been super helpful with advice and answering any questions we have had. We are extremely thankful we brought our pup here and won't hesitate at all to bring her back should she ever need it. For what it's worth, I saw a Ferret leaving the facility yesterday and I gotta say that was one happy lookin Ferret. 10 out of 5 stars, would and will recommend to anybody and everybody. These experiences usually are the worst, but they did everything in their power to be a positive force in what was a very scary time for us. Thanks again!!
Brought my little girl here this morning because she had been vomiting for two days. Dr. Conner was so kind and caring. She gave us a correct diagnosis. The entire team was AMAZING and I would highly recommend VEG in the event of an emergency. Everyone here has the biggest hearts ♥ufe0f.
If I could give 110 stars I would!nThey went above and beyond to make sure my dogs were being well cared for while keeping us informed on every step of the process!nI called before hand and Dr Knapp picked up - she was calm and helpful. When we got there she was directly involved in treating my dogs, while she was also getting ready for immediate surgery for another patient. My dogs were also treated by multiple very great technicians!
I brought my dog here in an urgent situation and received the best care in Dallas! I have been to other Pet ER's and they went above and beyond to make myself and my dog comfortable. I was able to stay with him the entire time and watch the exam and make informed choices. It was super clean and we felt that the whole team really cared and wanted the best. They were professional and we cannot recommend them enough. Will be our first choice going forward for ER care. They also sent everything to our regular vet for continuity of care. A+! Thank you!
