In just a few minutes, they figured out what was wrong with my dog and gave her the right medication to help her sight get better. They have always been very gentle with her and very caring about her health and wellbeing. They are always on time, and never miss to remind us about upcoming appointment. We have to drive 5hours to get there, but it is worth it every time!
Dr. Enders and the team at VEI were amazing! So thorough, kind, and knowledgeable.nAlso, all the office staff were calling Hero by his name without me having to tell them. It’s a very small thing, but makes for such a personal experience.nI’ll recommend VEI for life.
My baby (Faile) had a hole in her eye and they worked her in as an emergency. Dr. Enders stayed after close to look at her. He is incredibly knowledgeable and obviously loves the animals he helps. The lady that came out to get Faile (I regret never getting her name) was quite simply a beautiful human being. She was so sweet to my dog and so kind to me. I will always take my babies here for vision issues. My baby is now better and she's kept her vision!
The ONLY place to go for your pets eye problems! Dr. Enders is the best at what he does and takes the time to really explain everything so that you feel comfortable with what’s happening to your fur baby. My puppy Crash can’t wait to see Jaclyn and she’s so happy to see him too! They really treat you like family and take care of the humans as well as the fur babies!
The staff and Doctor here are wonderful. Very friendly. I highly recommend.
