My husband sent me an arrangement of flowers since he was going to be out of town for my birthday. I’ve truly never seen such a creative design. We have a modern home and he ask Mockingbird florist to design something that was modern.nThe arrangement is full of white calla lilies and gigantic orchids. They are some of the biggest orchids I’ve ever seen. They even used a long tropical leaf to tie around the vase as a bow and made a cascade of orchids flowing down. Truly a breathtaking arrangement. Whoever the designer is is a genius.
This place is outstanding. Their arrangement of flowers was outstanding but my vase was slightly cracked so they offered to send me another arrangement with the vase ( the arrangement was pricey and so was the vase). But I was going to be out of town for a month and i follow up to get this... and they are going to send one as promised tomorrow (after a month). Outstanding Customer service too.
By far the best florist in Dallas I have exclusively ordered from them for my last 6 arrangements and not only are they beautiful, they are fresh and placed in beautiful vases. Time and time again they have gone above and beyond to meet my expectations from delivery times, color changes and different locations they are always willing to work and understand your situation. I've tried purchasing flowers online many times with providers like amazon, 1-800-flowers, etc. The arrangements and flowers always seemed underwhelming. I decided to buy local and hope that there would be a difference in quality. My initial choice was ok but slightly disappointing I searched and found Mockingbird florist. Wow they do not disappoint. I'm so impressed. They will be my mainstay florist. Glad I found you guys.
