I wanted to do something specific for Valentine's this year. I called them with a handful of questions to figure out what kinds of flowers they had in stock and put together a custom order all over the phone. And it came out perfect! Both me and my Valentine love the delivered result.nnThe staff was very accommodating over the phone. I actually called twice, once to figure out what kind of flowers they had available and then again later to place the order. I got two different ladies helping me, I believe one was the owner, but both were absolutely fantastic! Sadly I don't remember their names or I'd call them out for their excellent service.nnAlso glad to see they care about their employees. These were supposed to be delivered on Valentine's day, I placed the order at least a week before. But there's a severe winter weather warning that day. They called me the day before to see if it was ok to deliver then to avoid the weather. Nice to see them prioritize the safety of their drivers.
I ordered flowers as a thank you for my realtor. The picture shown online looked NOTHING like the flowers that were delivered. Over $80.00 spent and they have better arrangements at Kroger. So disappointed... I would not recommend using them to any friends or family.
I put an order in for a cheery Get Well bouquet for my father who broke his arm. It arrived on-time, had beautiful fresh flowers, and a the helium balloon is still floating 3 days later! I am very impressed with the quality of the bouquet which had some substitutions due to the season, it was worth more than what I paid for!! Definitely will use this business again :)
