We have been taking our pets to Dr. James for 25 years, he has always been kind and compassionate. Wonderful veterinarian.
I have had a very bad overall experience with Dr. James. At our most recent appointment he was rudely huffing and puffing and seemed annoyed and inconvenienced by our visit. Although I paid for a full checkup and came in with multiple concerns for our senior animal, he limited us to asking only one question and disregarded our concerns. Under the supervision of Dr. James, my dog has been suffering for over a year with the same symptoms and no resolution. At each visit my dog receives medications that will give him temporary relief for a week or two and then he is back to the same old pain struggle. This doctor shows no compassion for animals or respect for their owners. I will not be back.
Vet very experienced and kind.
