Love their mobile vaccination clinic!! Not too fond of talking to the vet on the phone for an in depth exam visit. But was fine with the vet who examined my dog in back and then reviewed her findings with me and answered my questions from the exam room door. She did a very thorough job of explaining things and answering questions.
Although we were initially very pleased with this clinic, that soon changed, which led to me changing my rating. We were told we had to redo the blood work for my dog's teeth cleaning because there wasn't enough in the sample, and only found that out after repeated calls over a week to find out what was going on since they never gave us the initial results. That didn't make any sense to us, but we redid it anyway. Once the blood work was done we were not allowed to make an appointment for his teeth cleaning, we were told that we just had to wait for them to call us for an opening. After repeated calls and lengthy hold times, we finally got him in.nnNow, the medication that they gave doesn't match the dosage instructions - either they doubled the dosage amount or gave us half the amount they should have, but the math doesn't work. 2 ml every 12 hours for 10 days = 40 ml, but the medicine bottle is 20 ml. Even after calling them to confirm, they insist that it is correct. So while they seem very nice and the prices were reasonable, we just can't help but be concerned about their competence when they can't seem to communicate, do basic math and mess up basic procedures like blood draws.nn3/25 update based on clinic manager's response: To be fair, we tried contacting you within an hour after you posted your response and were told that you were out to lunch. We were told that if we left a message you would call us back. We did, and you didn't. We also talked to the clinic again today and told them we were waiting on a call back from you, which still hasn't happened. So while your response to our review sounded really good and made this sound like an anomaly, our experiences with the clinic's communication and follow-up continue to be consistently poor and our rating has not changed.nn3/30 update: still no call back from Alicyn. We took our dog to another vet clinic for his follow-up examination today.
They are beyond AMAZING & CARING. I Love this place and the staff & vet. If you are looking for a clinic that feels like home for your pets, this is the place to trust your fur babies care & health. They are loving, caring and honest. ud83dude3dud83dude3bud83dudc15ud83dudc15ud83dudc36ud83dudc36ud83dudc08ud83dudc08
This is my own experience so it might not reflect yours. I have an appointment at 3:30 pm. I got there and check-in at 3:31. Then I was told to wait in the car but I wasn't called in until around 5. Then I was told to wait in the room for the vet. I waited until around 5:20 and left because I need to go to class. This is just my opinion but they might be understaffed that day or they overbooked their slot because there are way too many people waiting in my time slot. Which makes me wonder what is the point of scheduling an appointment anyway.nnTLDR: I waited for 2 hours and still have not seen the vet.
The wait time was rather long but I was able to sit in my car until a room was ready. The tech were empathetic and patient when it came to my fur baby. Doctor Bullard was very receptive to my questions. I didn't feel rush. Kayla was awesome she apologized about the wait time. She was attentive and asked if I had questions every time she left the room.
