Amazing! I so appreciate the customer service. They called the day of delivery and stated that the lilies in this arrangement had not yet opened and suggested a different lily that they had that was open and beautiful. Stated that this would actually make for a better arrangement. I have never received that kind of care and service before when ordering flowers. Will definitely use them again!

I love having fresh flowers in my house so my daughter got me the ornament arrangement. It is absolutely beautiful and next year i can use the gold ornament container again. very sweet of my boyfriend to surprise me with these beautiful flowers. but we both think they don’t send flowers as pictured as on the website. don’t be fooled everyone the price you’re paying for just a few roses which should be a lot as shown it’s not and pricey.
