Thank you for the excellent service! I ordered my wife’s flower arrangement directly with the staff. I was very pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail that I received, the flowers were fresh and beautiful and delivered promptly. To be able to get exactly what I wanted was awesome. I will be using y’all again.
Ordered flowers and gave them an extra day to deliver so they didn’t need to rush and they knocked it out of the park and had them ready and delivered hours later before bad weather hit. Great job my wife loves the arrangement and I will be using y’all again!
If you like being talked down to and disrespected then this is the place to go. If you don't like that I ask everyone to go buy and support another flower shop in Jacksonville Tx.
BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! Paid $115 for a flower arrangement (Teleflora’s Rose Remembrance) that was falsely advertised on this florist’s site. The flowers were COMPLETELY different when they arrived to the funeral home. They were cheaper looking with less roses and more fillers than anything in a white plastic container. It should have been an all rose arrangement. Wish I could post pics!nNever again!!
July 25, 2020 A VERY VERY poor representation of a $200 arrangement for a family funeral was paid for and delivered to the funeral home. My 80+yr old aunt paid cash in GOOD FAITH, only to be sorely disappointed.nFurther insult from Hazel Simmons (owner) by her immediate lack of concern about the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE or the quality of the finished product. We have pictures to support this issue. Hazel's tone of voice and comments were insensitive to this subject matter.nMy aunt was totally embarrassed by this lack luster arrangement that was presented to the grieving family on her behalf.nThrough the process of our family coming together for this sad occassion, this should be the least of our worries. We sincerely hope that the next person is not troubled with this happening as they seek to honor their loved ones.
