The receptionists scheduled an appointment for us for a day and time the vet was not available. We made extensive previous arrangements to drive all the way there with our horse just so they can tell us the Vet leaves early on Wednesdays. So why did they schedule us for Wednesday afternoon? The receptionist just said “we tried calling every phone number we had” but I had no missed calls and they do have my number and my father’s number in file. She failed to provide me with the number she attempted to call so I could correct it. We then schedule an appointment for the following weekend and once again we drove all the way over for nothing, since they fail to explain their branding policies that could’ve easily been addressed at over the phone when we originally inquired on the processes and branding services .nNo complaints on the Vets, but the front desk staff is definitely unprofessional and unreliable. Would definitely think twice before calling !
My daughter has a pet cow that needed immediate attention. They got us in quickly and took care of her problem. They kept her for treatment for us and we'll pick her up when that's completed. Great treatment and very knowledgeable and treated her gently!!
