A loved one of mine passed recently and this shop could not have been more helpful, sympathetic and kind. Not only was I able to walk in and shown such comfort, understanding and help with the products but after the order was confirmed.. the funeral was canceled unexpectedly. I called the company to see what I could do. And they immediately began looking into it. There was a mixed up on the funeral homes end (comes to find out they had delivered the flowers the day before) But they gave me a full refund for the flowers and could have not been more kind about it.nThey gained a customer for life and I would 100% recommended them to any and everyone I know! They made me feel valued and thats something you can’t put a price on.nn(And they’re affordable!) I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.
