EDIT: I was finally able to contact someone and was told for the last month the shop was closed on Mondays due to construction. Like I stated I ordered these on Thursday of last week and was told I spoke to Dorothy. I was told a Monday delivery would be no problem. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely nice and accommodating and canceled my order. I will be going through someone else instead.nnI ordered an arrangement on 1/7/21 to be delivered 1/11/21. That never arrived and now no one will contact me back. I have sent emails, I have called numerous times with no answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Ordered flowers last week to be delivered Wednesday 2/3/21. Never delivered. No call. No email. No anything. Was told they didn’t have time yesterday when I finally reached somebody. Was just told by a lady on the phone that she’ll make sure they get delivered today. We will see. Not happy.

Ordered flowers, spent over $80. When they didn't show up on the day I asked for I called the next day. They said they were too busy the day before but didn't offer anything else. They didn't even call to say they would be late. The person they were for was already gone out of town. Do not go here. Worst flower shop ever. I am pretty sure my flowers I did get came from Kroger. I was trying to shop small local business, they ruined that for me.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Ordered a lantern/arrangement at Kevin’s recommendation. He was supposed to deliver to a dear friend for her birthday. I spoke with Kevin personally twice and was assured they would be delivered and that he would send me a picture of the finished product. I never received the picture and the lantern/arrangement never showed up. Tried calling several times the next day. No one answers the phone. Would never try to use this florist again and do not recommend. Not sure how one stays in business doing things like this.

Update- After posting this review, the lady that works here called and threatened to sue me for slander. She yelled at me and told me I would hear from their attorney. She did offer me a refund after the fact and I declined. This was never about money.nnI went here in person Saturday 1/30 to choose a couple things for my aunt and cousin. We lost my uncle a few days ago. I should have known better once I walked in the door as it was the biggest mess of a florist shop I’ve ever seen in my life. You could barely even walk around in there to look at anything. It looked as if they had just moved into the building. However, I know that they moved to this location over a year ago. I chose a windchime and a lantern. Kevin himself helped me and I went over the date for delivery 3 times and watched him write it down. He assured me these items would get delivered to the funeral home by 4pm Monday 2/1 when my uncle’s visitation began. I arrived to the funeral home around 5pm and discovered they had not been delivered. I attempted to call but they closed at 5 and I had no luck. I started calling at 8:30am on the dot this morning when they opened to question the delivery. I called numerous times over the next two hours and no one answered the phone. I planned to stop by there on my way to the funeral home at 10 but ended up not doing that when someone finally answered as I was driving to town. The lady who works in there told me she had no idea why they weren’t delivered because she didn’t work yesterday. I told her I needed them at the funeral home now and that the funeral started soon. She then asked me if I wanted to cancel the order and I said no I need the order to get delivered like it should have been. I arrived to the funeral home and still no delivery. I called multiple times. No answer. At 10:55, she finally answered the phone and told me that he was walking out the door now. The funeral home was right down the street so I figured it should arrive within 10 minutes. At 11:30, Kevin finally showed up. I was waiting outside and questioned why this was not delivered yesterday as promised. He never apologized. Never admitted to being in the wrong. Just said “I thought it was today”. I explained to him that I would never do business there again and he just said “okay”. After he had already left, I realized the lantern I had chosen Saturday was not even the one he brought. I specifically chose a certain one with a poem on it. Just a plain lantern was delivered. I know this place has been around here for many years and I have no idea why. How dare you provide such a horrific experience to people who are purchasing things from you due to a family death. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Terrible, terrible place.
