Ruth's Flowers

I called from Idaho to order a fruit basket for my sick cousin who lives in Goodlettsville. I had googled local florists in the town and found Ruth’s.nI explained to The man who answered that I would like a fruit basket and if possible please add some berries and other fruits . I have ordered baskets that way before. Anyway, he said all they have there is oranges bananas and apples. He said he can not put anything else for fruit but they sometimes throw in a few little snacks. Well my cousin sent a picture of everything in the basket and it contained 3 apples, 3 oranges, 4 bananas and the rest candy and some nuts. That is NOT what I ordered. I told them fruit. I was charged $62.83 for that basket. That’s for the 3 oranges , 3 apples and 4 bananas. The rest he can’t eat.nWhen I called this morning to speak with them a lady answered and was very rude and short with me. When I asked her if she was going to charge me the $62.85 with a clear Conscience she said yes ma’am I sure am. This is not the first fruit basket I have ordered. I have even had people go out of their way to go to the store to put a few extra things in the basket for me. That’s good business and honesty. If I wanted a snack basket I would’ve ordered one. The people who owned the shop obviously don’t care about their customers and will not go out of their way for them. It’s my guess that they threw junk food that they had laying around there into that basket to fill it because they didn’t have enough fruit in the store. I don’t know how these people stay in business and I don’t know how they have some of the good reviews they have gotten. I personally feel That they are very unprofessional and are very dishonest. And very rude. And let’s not forget insensitive. I will definitely take my business elsewhere in the future. I will probably send another fruit basket today because I am so disappointed in that one. I feel so badly and embarrassed by this. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

If I could give 10 stars I would! They always are creating the most gorgeous arrangements.nSuper professional, kind, quick, always has fresh flowers and good prices. Highly recommend them! I won’t go anywhere else for my floral needs.

Beautifully arranged flowers for a good price. I called ahead to see if they had arrangements pre made and was informed that they had two ready. These flowers look amazing and will definitely be going back next time I need flowers. Highly recommend them and they’re reasonably priced.

Ordered last minute flowers and they did a gorgeous job with them. They walked me through what I might like, put it together, and delivered them immediately. I even requested some fresh cut flowers to be added which they advised me that the flowers probably not hold, but they did. Very satisfied and will use them again...and again.

This florist has such a talented individual that creates such outstanding arrangements. I've received arrangements and gone by and got arrangements ..haven't been disappointed.
