My wife, Linda, and I were owners of Bowden Flowers in Kokomo, Indiana for nearly 30 years. Last September 2019 Linda had completed a plan and designs for our niece’s wedding scheduled for October 5th. It would have been the 3rd wedding delivery to Gallatin from Kokomo for my sister’s children’s weddings. Tragically, October 5th turned out to be the day of Linda’s funeral as she died from injuries sustained in crash when she was rear ended in construction traffic just a few minutes after setting in a wedding north of Kokomo. My niece, Mandy, and her husband were married a few weeks later in a small ceremony. Last evening, Mandy and her husband finally had the wedding celebration that they had dreamed of last October. The folder with all of Linda’s notes and design sketches were given to Rachel and her team in an attempt to keep the floral designs for the wedding true to Linda’s vision. All I can say is that Rachel and her staff did an absolutely magnificent job - it was as if Linda had done them herself. Thank you for honoring my niece, Mandy, and my late wife, Linda, with your superb service and incredible designs!
Done a great job on flowers
I havent actually purchased anything yet but she is currently working on something for me but the customer service is out of this world. Both ladies there are so sweet. I have been looking for something that several different floral shops have said they couldn't do but she was happy to take on the challenge. The shop is adorable and they have a lot of cute things in there. I highly recommend if you need flowers go see these ladies.
