This is a great PetSmart, my go to location for my senior cat vet prescription cat food. I use online order in store pickup. There is a button you hit when you arrive and a staff member comes out to ask you your name and brings you your order. There is also curbside pickup, you just need to active park in front of the store in the fire lane & call the store number.
Love the team at Banfield and the pet hotel for taking great care of our pups!
Took my pup for a trimming and bath there, attaching a before and after photo. I was impressed by the service and my special thanks goes to Natalie for taking care of my pup so well. My pup started to look like a Bichon after the trimming. The prices are very competitive compared to other stores that charge flat price for any aged dog which I believe is not right. I surely recommend this store for their dog grooming service.
I liked it better when you were open at 7 am ... It would be smart to have different hours than everyone else because if you open the earliest. Then I go to you ... if everyone opens at the same time I go to the closest store ... Thankfully I work later in the day but this is cutting it close for me ... some times people with exotic pet need to make “emergency” runs to the pet store ... like for instance I ran out of roaches and need some crickets... i have 30 mins to get to you guys buy the food go back home and feed her then go to work ... and I know I’m not the only one that likes the store hours earlier ... when I was going in that early there were others waiting at the doors for you to open ... isn’t the economy all about supply and demand ... if you’re the only one in the area opening early they all come to you ... and any other business if you are reading this ... same thing ... because I’m not that loyal to a company... the early bird gets the worm
Vet check up - Whoever the old lady is at the vet receptionist at the back, is very unprofessional. They left a voice mail saying “deal with it”. Could have worded it better... Also her tone of voice...
